Problems with getting drivers. I’ve had no luck. Acer ftp site down. Filesharing sites clogged and downloads not available. I sent support e-mail to Acer to ask about XP driver downloads and received this response:

Thank you for contacting Acer America. I apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. We appreciate your interest in our online support. Currently, all technical support for the Aspire One product is only provided by our telephone support staff at 1-800-816-2237.
