People should also check local Circuit City locations for deals on the Aspire One. The regular list price at Circuit City was 309.99 in late August. The one I bought was the last unit they had in stock, and it was a refurb (someone returned it because they weren’t familiar with Linux) and I got it for 279.99 since it was an open box item. After tax, I spent just under 300 for it.
