There are quite a few different variations of the Acer Aspire One laptop, below are the current ones available, along with best places to buy over the world. The best selling ones will problaby be the 8GB SSD Model and the 120GB HD models with Linux, although some users will prefer Windows XP pre-installed, rather than installing your own copy after. I would recommend getting the 512mb versions and then buying a separate 1 or 2GB SO-Dimm memory stick afterwards and fitting it yourself, this will be cheaper option; 1GB / 2GB SO-Dimm can be bought now for around £10 - £20 now just.
The biggest question will be why only get the 8GB SSD when for another £5 - £10 you can get the 120GB hard drive model?
